Day 1 — Chicago / Amtrak

Begin your journey with departure from Chicago aboard Amtrak's train Empire Builder in Sleeper Class. Enjoy dinner in the dining car this evening as you head west into the great open spaces of Western United States. Dinner served aboard Amtrak. Overnight Amtrak

Day 2, 3, 4 — Amtrak / Whitefish

Whether your travel is in winter or summer, country style attractions are available. Winter travellers can enjoy prime mountain skiing at White Mountain Resort, with high-speed quad chair lifts and varied ski hills to suit both beginners and professionals alike. Summer travellers can take part in horse back riding, boating, hiking and guided walks as they soak up the fresh air of this glorious naturalists dream. Whitefish has a great selection of shopping and restaurants, with a light easy night life any family can enjoy.

Day 5 — Whitefish / Amtrak

Morning departure aboard Amtrak's Empire Builder train service to Chicago. Spend the day visiting with friends old and new in the Sightseer Lounge, or relax in the privacy of your own accommodations. Tonight you settle down in your Sleeper Class accommodations and enjoy a pleasant night's rest as you watch out your picture window and see the passing scenery. Breakfast, lunch & dinner served aboard Amtrak. Overnight Amtrak

Day 6 — Amtrak / Chicago

Wake up this morning to views of Minnesota, and on into Wisconsin. A full day of rail travel through places such as St. Paul-Minneapolis, Wisconsin Dells, Milwaukee, and continuing into Chicago late afternoon. Enjoy meals and service in the dining car, relax with a good book, or just enjoy the comfort of train as it moves eastward returning you home with fond memories of your American rail journey. Breakfast and lunch served aboard Amtrak.

Day 1 — Seattle / Amtrak

Late afternoon departure aboard Amtrak's Empire Builder train service in Sleeper Class. Enjoy well prepared meal service in the dining car early evening. Relax in your Sleeper Class accommodations tonight as you watch the passing scenery. Dinner served aboard Amtrak. Overnight Amtrak

Day 2, 3, 4 — Amtrak / Whitefish

Morning arrival into Whitefish, MT today, located in Glacier National Park. Breakfast served aboard Amtrak. Overnight Whitefish

Morning arrival into Seattle today with fond memories of your Glacier National Park holiday. Breakfast served aboard Amtrak.
